The newest edition of the Rolex Rankings is out, let’s take a look at some of the most prominent and noteworthy changes:
- Jeeno Thitikul continues to be a dominant world No. 1 after her sixth consecutive top-10 finish. The last time she didn’t finish in the top 10 was at the AIG Women’s Open in August.
- Miyu Yamashita, with her win, moved up two spots to her highest career position, sitting at No. 4 in the world. She moves Lydia Ko down to No. 5 and Charley Hull to No. 6.
- Lottie Woad moved into the top 10 in the world for the first time, knocking Angel Yin down one spot to No. 11.
- Hannah Green and Hye-Jin Choi moved up three and four spots respectively after falling in the playoff at the Maybank Championship. Green is now No. 16 in the world while Choi is No. 17.
- Jiwon Ko moved into the top 100 with her win on the KLPGA Tour. She moved 32 spots up to No. 82.
- Yan Liu’s strong performance in Malaysia helped her move into the top 100 as well. She is up 16 spots to No. 88 in the world.
- Two-time major champion Yuka Saso is now officially outside of the top 100, moving down one spot to No. 101.
- Kano Nakamura moved into the top 200 in the world with her win on the JLPGA Tour. She jumped up 62 spots.
