For the second time in her career, Hannah Green is the winner of the HSBC Women’s World Championship, winning by one stroke over Auston Kim.

Green came into the day tied with her fellow Aussie star Minjee Lee at -11, but got off to a fast start with a birdie on the opening hole. After six pars in a row, Green really took control on the par 5 eighth hole, when she nearly holed out with a fairway wood for an albatross. She settled for an eagle to take a three-stroke lead.

Green continued her strong play on the background, making a long birdie putt on 11 and hitting a fantastic approach shot on 13 which set up a birdie as well that gave Green a four-stroke lead.

Despite the strong play, Green did struggle down the stretch. On 17 she missed the green on the par 3 before an average chip and a missed putt that circled the entire hole. Green missed another makable par putt on 18, but the result was already in hand.

Green’s solid day combined with Minjee Lee, Angel Yin and Haeran Ryu struggling a bit, was enough for the 29-year-old from Australia to win in Singapore for the second time in three years.

This is the seventh victory of Green’s career, her first since 2024 when she won three events. She went winless in 2025, but showed strong form down the finishing stretch of the season.
