After two days on the Jersey Shore, Jenny Shin has grabbed the solo lead heading into the final round at the ShopRite LPGA Classic.

On a day with much higher scores than Friday, the second round saw Shin shoot -2 to emerge with the lead. Going off in the easier morning round, Shin had a crowded scorecard with six birdies and four bogeys. She sits at -10 for the tournament.

One stroke back is Albane Valenzuela from Switzerland, who is looking for a strong finish to help make her first career Solheim Cup team. Valenzuela is ranked No. 69 in the world rankings, and had a much cleaner -3 scorecard today.

The biggest name on the leaderboard is No. 16 Megan Khang, looking for a strong result here. If she can move in the top 15, she would become eligible for the United States Olympic team. She currently sits two strokes back at -8 in a tie for third with Wei-Ling Hsu and Narin An.

Round one leader Arpichaya Yubol struggled early and never regained momentum. Yubol had a triple bogey on hole four, and shot +4 for the round, currently sitting four strokes back of the lead.

With Nasa Hataoka’s disqualification, there is a lot of pressure on Ayaka Furue to finish strong on Sunday. With a strong finish, the No. 22 player in the world could jump Hataoka on the Japanese Olympic team.

The final round begins on Peacock Sunday at 2:00 est.
