One of the greatest modern women’s golfers is in strong position to break the longest winning drought of her career, as Jin Young Ko has taken the lead heading into the final round.

Ko got off to a quick start at TPC Boston on Saturday, as she birdied the first two holes, before adding two more on holes six and nine. After a bogey on 15, she ended the round like she started, with two birdies. In total, Ko made six birdies with only one bogey.

Ko took a different approach to her success Saturday, missing six greens, but having only 26 putts, the lowest of her week. Ko has now shot -5 rounds the last two days and has been under par every round.

Lauren Coughlin has been as consistent as they come, currently sitting in second place after three -3 69s in a row. On a course where players have found danger often, Coughlin has hit a lot of fairways (37) and greens (43). She will be in the final group once again.

Second round leader Haeran Ryu looked poised to run away with the tournament, coming into the day with a commanding six-stroke lead, but the nightmare started right off the bat. Ryu had double bogeys on two of the first four holes and added a bogey on six. After a few birdies she had four back nine bogeys. Ryu shot a +6 78, sixteen strokes worse than Friday, and sits in a tie for sixth.
