Like South Florida won the team event at the Paradise Invitational, its No. 1 player won the individual title by two strokes.

Green shot -6 over the three-day event with just four total bogeys. Green’s worst day was her final round, where she shot -1 71. On Monday, the best scoring day of the event, Green shot -3 to tie for the lead with Denver’s Anna Zanusso, who had a weak final day shooting +1.

Green is a senior at USF and currently is ranked No. 100 in the amateur rankings. Green has had a strong season and is currently the record holder for lowest career scoring average for the Bulls.

Right behind Green was a three-way tie for second at -4. Wisconsin junior Vanessa Ho vaulted her way up the leaderboard with a final round 70. Vanderbilt’s Lynn Lim and Zanusso were also in the runner-up position.

Green and South Florida are next in action at the Westbrook Invitational in Peoria, Ariz., Feb 24-26.
