For the first time this year, there has been a change in the Olympic Rankings for the United States as Alison Lee now sits in the fourth slot to make the team.

The United States team has stayed consistent this year, as world No. 1 Nelly Korda, world No. 2 Lilia Vu and No. 12 Megan Khang haven’t moved much in the last few months. Prior to Lee jumping to the No. 14 spot in the Rolex Rankings, Allisen Corpuz had been in the fourth position.

Corpuz is still ranked No. 16 and very much in play, but her performances this year have been a bit erratic. She hasn’t yet missed a cut, but also has just one top-10 finish in six starts.

Lee, meanwhile, has continued to play the best golf of her career, building off the momentum she gained in 2023. In just three starts, Lee has two top-10 finishes including a third place at the Seri Pak Championship. Lee has finished in the top 10 in five of her last six LPGA events dating back to 2023.

While Lee hasn’t yet won in her career, if she keeps playing at this level of consistency, she will be representing the United States in Paris.
