The LPGA Tour season is coming to a close, which means the top 60 in the Race to the CME Globe Standings will be determined this week at The Annika driven by Gainbridge. Many players have already clinched their spot in Naples next week, but here are the five players that could most use a big week.

No. 61 – Saki Baba – In a year filled with superstar Japanese rookies, Saki Baba hasn’t gotten a lot of attention, but the 20-year-old has had a very promising start to her career. Baba has made 13/22 cuts and has four top-10 finishes, including last week in her home country. Her best individual finish of the season was in her second start, where she finished T6 in Arizona.

No. 62 – Brooke Matthews – After a disappointing 2022 rookie campaign, Brooke Matthews came back from the Epson Tour in 2025 in much better form. She has made 15 cuts in 21 starts and is showing good form as of late. She’s finished top 16 in four of her last seven starts and has missed just one cut since Portland.

No. 63 – Ina Yoon – The rookie from South Korea mostly lived up to the hype in 2025 despite only one top-10 finish, last week in Japan. Of all the players on the wrong side of the border, she should feel the best about her form. The last three starts for Yoon have resulted in top 25 finishes, including two top 11s. Yoon hit a rough patch in the middle of the Summer, but is showing a lot of promise as of late.

No. 64 – Nataliya Guseva – Perhaps the biggest name on the border, Guseva was a popular pick as a breakout star preseason coming off her six top-10 finishes as a rookie in 2024. She hasn’t found that same success in 2025, but did get her second top-10 finish of the year last week in Japan. Guseva hasn’t missed a cut since the AIG Women’s Open, which was her fourth missed cut in a row. Guseva has overcome a bit of an inconsistent start to the season to get some solid results late.

No. 65 – Robyn Choi – In her two previous seasons on the LPGA Tour, Australian Robyn Choi hasn’t finished in the top 100 of the CME Standings, that will not hold in 2025. Despite not playing the start of the season, Choi has been a lot more consistent than in the past, making a career-high 12 cuts in 17 starts. She got her first ever top-10 finish in Mexico and followed that up by finishing 11th in her next start at Shoprite. Choi is in the worst form of these five players, but also has had probably the best overall season considering it didn’t begin until May.
