The newest edition of the Rolex Rankings are out, and with strong fields on both the LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour, there were some interesting moves made.
The top six of Lilia Vu, Nelly Korda, Celine Boutier, Ruoning Yin, Minjee Lee and Jin Young Ko remained the same. The earliest mover in the rankings was Charley Hull, who moved up one spot to No. 7 in the world, jumping Lydia Ko. Hull moved up after a runner-up finish at the Aramco Team Series Tampa. This is the highest ranking of Hull’s career.
Lydia Ko, Hyo Joo Kim and Xiyu Lin round out the top 10.
Also moving to the highest ranking of her career was first-time LPGA Tour champion Bailey Tardy, who moved up 85 spots to No. 84 in the world. This is the first time Tardy has reached the top 100 in the Rolex Rankings.
Alexandra Forsterling was the second biggest mover of the week, jumping 38 spots after her win in Tampa. Forsterling now sits at No. 69 in the Rolex Rankings. This moved Forsterling into good position for the upcoming Paris Olympics, now the highest ranked German in the world.
