The newest edition of the Rolex Rankings are out, and it sees a rare occurrence: Americans in the top two slots.

Lilia Vu remains in her No. 1 ranking while Nelly Korda moves up two slots to No. 2 after her win at the Drive On Championship. The first time that Americans were ever No. 1 and No. 2 in the rankings were these two players after Vu’s win in the 2023 AIG Women’s Open, now almost five months later they are at the top again.

Korda still holds the record for most weeks spent at No. 1 for an American in history with 37, but that number does feel threatened by Vu who has been in the top slot 21 total weeks. Stacy Lewis is the only other American with more than Vu with 25.

For Olympic purposes, where four players who are ranked in the top 15 can play from a single country, the United States would be the only team to fill all of those spots. Currently Vu, defending champion Korda, Megan Khang and Allisen Corpuz are each within that cut off.

Elsewhere on the list, Lucy Li was a big mover, jumping 68 slots to No. 120 in the world after her top-five finish. Li may be an interesting player to follow for a potential Solheim Cup slot this year.

Much of the top ten remained unchanged, with the exceptions of Korda and runner-up Lydia Ko, who also moved up to slots to No. 7.
