The new Rolex World Rankings were released Monday, January 22, and unsurprisingly there wasn’t much change at the top.
With just four of the top-10 players in the field at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions, few of the top slots changed.
Nelly Korda’s T16 performance was enough to swap places with Minjee Lee, with Korda now coming in at No. 4 in the world and Lee at No. 5.
Lydia Ko’s win led to a solid jump, moving from No. 12 to No. 9. This moved Atthaya Thitikul down to No. 10 and Xiyu Lin out of the top 10 to No. 11.
2023 LPGA Player of the Year Lilia Vu remained at No. 1, this is her ninth-career week at the top spot. She is followed by her fellow 2023 major champions Ruoning Yin and Celine Boutier.
The rest of the top 10 includes Jin Young Ko at No. 6, Hyo Joo Kim at No. 7 and Charley Hull at No. 8.
The biggest mover was Alexa Pano, who moved up 46 spots to come in at No. 78 in the world after her runner-up finish.
